The S88GR17 adhesive perimeter gasket creates a continuous air seal around door frames to control air leakage and improve building energy efficiency. This 17-foot gray silicone gasket installs directly onto the door frame using adhesive backing, compressing up to 1/16" to seal gaps between the door and frame. Pemko designed this gasket for commercial buildings where air infiltration control is critical for HVAC performance and occupant comfort.
